With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Uche Obi-Anoliefo is the founder and CEO of Levare Limited. A graduate of Physics & Computer Science, Uche began his career in the banking sector, working in the Software Automations Unit of Diamond Bank Plc. His pursuit of broader horizons led him to the United Kingdom, where he continued his career with Ericsson and several software startups.

Uche’s extensive banking background provided him with a deep understanding of financial systems and technology. This foundation, combined with his experience in software development, laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial journey. With extensive experience in the banking and software industry Uche has a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In response to these challenges, culminated in the development of Circl™ an innovative SME accelerator platform designed to lower operational costs by aggregating small businesses. In addition to cost reduction, Levare aims to provide SMEs with access to shared resources, streamlined processes, and enhanced market opportunities, thereby fostering financial independence and stability.
