As Chief Development Officer of Levare Limited, Simeon brings access to an international network of angel investors in addition to over 2 decades of technology delivery experience to the team.

Having overseen several digital transformation projects in the Telecommunications, Energy and Finance sectors across Europe, Africa and South-East Asia, he has spent the last 5 years working within the microfinance sector. Here he led the digital transformation of the Credit Access group operations in the Philippines and Indonesia.

These efforts culminated in Credit Access Indonesian operations being selected as the only South-East Asian participant of the Merchant Accelerator Program run by Mastercard and Accion and ultimately the digital platform developed for Indonesia winning the 2022 iF Design Award.

Prior to this, Simeon worked as an advisor for the Asian Development Bank to deliver technology solutions for the SME digital literacy initiative run by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics.
