Mrs. Olubusayo Aderounmu is the Chief Operations Officer of Levare Nigeria Limited as with her past two job positions at Bosmak Properties Limited & Pascuis Engineering Nigeria; real estate and construction companies respectively.

In the Public Sector space, she served as the Executive Director, Finance and Administration at Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited (LWIL) – a Lagos State special purpose investment vehicle set up to promote the development and operations of the Lekki Free Zone. Her office accorded her the opportunity to nurture and provide guidanceto Micro Small Medium Enterpriseswithin the Free Trade Zone.

In her professional journey as a Senior Agile Business Analyst/Project Manager, she worked with a Canadian firm; Improvtek Consulting where she worked with teams to deliver on several process improvement initiatives for small businesses.

For almost two decades, sheserved as a Management Staff of the defunct Diamond Bank (now Access Bank) where she garnered cognate banking experience spanning Banking Operations, Financial Control and Business Development. Her last position was as the Area Manager where she played a significant leadership role in spearheading the charge for the growth of businesses, particularly MSMEs along the Marina and Lagos Island corridors.

Together with other key functions asa notable member of the CEO special project team that was pulled together to optimise business tools for improved customer service delivery and a pioneer staff of the Personal Banking division, she gained a well-rounded exposure to the dynamics and challenges of strategic business functions in corporate governance and business development especially in the retail space.
