Chike Emenike is a seasoned expert in IT consulting and information technology, with extensive experience in the Nigerian banking sector. Over the past two decades, he has honed his skills in the IT departments of several prominent Nigerian commercial banks and spent seven years in IT consulting. His areas of expertise include project management, IT service management, enterprise architecture, IT standard and policy management, process and SOP documentation, benefit/value management, technical writing, and identifying and replicating enterprise-wide excellence through "Centers of Excellence."

Mr. Emenike assists clients with various engagements, including IT strategy development, enterprise architecture, SOP development, user training, enterprise modelling, and digital transformation. He is a specialist in IT governance, process, and Technology related Policy Development and Management, having worked in senior management roles across financial and technology services establishments locally and internationally. He has helped numerous organizations mature their internal IT practices and processes in line with recognized standards such as ITIL v4, COBIT 2019, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, PMI Guidelines, and TOGAF.

Chike has played a pivotal role in the implementation and maintenance of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) IT Standards Blueprint for a leading commercial bank in Nigeria. He holds a computer science degree from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. His certifications include TOGAF, PMP, ISO 20000 LA, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 20000 LI, COBIT 5 & 2019 Foundation, MCSE+M, PRINCE2 (F), AgilePM (F), and ITIL Foundation (v3 & v4).
